Dr Meade is a peerless GP and I’m extremely fortunate to have him as my doctor. He is extremely thorough and courteous. A chest X-ray recently revealed a problem that a more cursory examination by another doctor may have missed. I cannot praise him highly enough. Both practice nurses are excellent in all respects. New reception staff do not sadly echo the very high standards of care and interpersonal skills that the long standing receptionists have always exhibited. This does not apply to all new staff. Curtness veering towards rudeness only serves to reinforce the ‘receptionist stereotype’ and our practice is much much better than that.

The automated booking was not working so I waited to speak to receptionist - the usual patronising conversation and rudeness - a bit more patience would be appreciated and if I could have used the automated service I would have believe me - dr great if you can only forgive the treatment of front desk
